The forms of payment accepted by Bottega Fiorentina are: credit card (Visa, MasterCard), cash, and bank transfer.
Holders of VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS and DINERS CLUB credit cards can pay simply by sending via fax or email: full name, credit card number and expiration date; in this case, the charge will be made only at the time of shipment.
In case of payment by bank transfer, the shipment will be made only after Bottega Fiorentina snc has received by fax (+39 055 295411) confirmation of payment via bank transfer, and a copy is issued by the bank. If confirmation of payment is not received within three days of receipt, the order will be canceled.

Bottega Fiorentina delivers items by courier in Italy and abroad.
Shipping is free for purchases above € 120,00 for CEE countries, while free of charge for purchases greater than € 155,00 for non-CEE countries.

SHIPMENTS

For every product or service sold Bottega Fiorentina will issue an invoice. The invoice will be delivered to the purchaser by the shipper. It is possible to specify a different billing address than the shipping address in the purchase order.

For shipping, Bottega Fiorentina uses the service MAIL BOXES ETC.® which collects the goods from the store. DELIVERY TIME

As soon as the order is received, Bottega Fiorentina will send a Pro-Forma Order (usually within 12-24 hours) which will indicate the expected delivery date. Then from this date, the delivery of the product will be made between:

ITALY (other regions) 2-3 days
EUROPE and EXTRA EU: 3-4 days
UNITED STATES: 5 days

As soon as the order is received, Bottega Fiorentina will send a Pro-Forma Order which will indicate the information regarding the measurements and/or the colors chosen and the expected delivery date (generally 1-10 working days) (see TAILORED). Then from this date the delivery of the product will take place between:

ITALY (other regions) 2-3 days
EUROPE and EXTRA EU: 3-4 days
UNITED STATES: 5 days

ASSISTANCE TO RECIPIENT

At the time of delivery to the courier, Bottega Fiorentina will receive a code; the code and all relevant shipping information (order reference number, date, weight, etc) will be sent to you immediately by telephone, fax, or e-mail. The customer can then remain updated and track the current the package. See INFORMATION ON THE SHIPPING.

IF THE RECIPIENT IS ABSENT

SHIPMENTS EXTRA E.U.
The courier will issue an acknowledgment of "non-delivery" at the destination and will provide a second delivery the next day.
If the second delivery attempt does not make contact, the recipient will be contacted by the carrier through telephone to make an appointment for delivery.
If the product is not delivered, after an expiration of 5 (five) days from the first delivery attempt, and the recipient has asked for the withdrawal of the product, at the competent headquarters UPS or FEDEX, the product with will be returned to the sender at no charge of expense. The ordinary post is free.

SHIPMENTS E.U.
The recipient will be contacted by telephone by the carrier for a date of delivery. If after the expiration of 5 (five) days, during which the carrier was unable to contact the recipient and the recipient has not provided the withdrawal of the product at the headquarters of the competent carrier, the product will be returned to the sender.
The general delivery is free for the first three days. After the failed elapse of first three days, the general post will imply a daily expenditure for the first three days the following days.

SHIPMENTS IN ITALY

INSURANCE OF GOODS

The goods are fully insured as indicated in the total price of the bill, and the cost of the same is directly calculated in the cost of shipping.

DAMAGES OF GOODS

If the recipient upon delivery of the goods, box, or envelope, finds some damage and the condition of the package is such that they can assume the possibility of damage to the goods contained in the shipment, the recipient must place a reserve on the letter of delivery submitted by the carrier and must immediately notify Bottega Fiorentina via phone, fax, or email.

Bottega Fiorentina reserves the right to repair or replace the damaged piece with no charge to the customer or possibly with another similar and of equal value. If the product is to be repaired out of warranty, you will be sent an email with an estimate of time and cost.
Returns for repairs under warranty and out of warranty are sent at the customer’s expense.
The damage caused by misuse, mishandling, or loss is excluded from the warranty.

IMPORTANT: Bottega Fiorentina will not accept any return of goods without the written consent of the same.

REGULATIONS OF LAW ON THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The decree in question confers the right to cancel the purchase within 10 working days from receipt of goods ordered, by sending to the following address Bottega Fiorentina snc - Borgo dei Greci, 5 / r 50122 Florence (FI) ITALY, a notice by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt. The withdrawal may be sent within the same period, by telegram, provided it is confirmed by a registered letter with the acknowledgment of receipt within the next 48 hours.

The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for sales related to "goods made to specifications or clearly personalized."
