If you are not satisfied with the purchase made for any reason, you have the right to withdraw from the contract, without any penalty and without specifying the reason.
Terms and Conditions: The withdrawal must be expressed within 48 hours from receipt of the product, by e-mailing to info@bottegafiorentina.it.
A registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt must also be sent within 14 working days from product’s receipt, specifying all the data of the sale: sender and order nr. at the following address:

Also within the term of 14 working days, all purchased goods can be returned to the sender-supplier, with their packaging without lacking anything. The latter can be sent together with the aforementioned registered letter. The return costs and the means to be used will be at buyers’ expense and responsibility and not compensated by Bottega Fiorentina S.n.c. and in the event goods are lost or damaged. It will also be necessary to specify on the package the following “Subject: withdrawal, ord. no., sender ". Once the goods have been received, Bottega Fiorentina S.n.c. will issue a credit note for the entire amount you paid and you will have 30 days for the purchase otherwise only the amount of the product will be refunded.
Who does not have the right of withdrawal: cannot exercise the right of withdrawal whoever made the purchase for work-related purposes and for which the the issuance of an invoice by the supplier was required.
With the receipt of the communication, with which the purchaser expresses the exercise of the right of withdrawal, the parties to this contract are released from each other except as provided for in the previous points of this article.

All Bottega Fiorentina products are made for normal wear and use, however if you are
concerned about your purchase, we suggest you to contact our customer service so we can answer your questions.

Made in Florence, Italy by Italian artisans and we use 100% genuine Italian leather
Each item is carefully crafted . Small imperfections in the leather are a natural occurrence since it can vary in color and texture due to the tanning process. These are not considered defects, but rather a natural characteristic of the leather.
The Bottega Fiorentina craftsmen and women are available for repairs or customizations, even after years of use. If during the lifetime of your purchase you require spare parts, buttons, zips, straps or buckles, please contact our Customer Service, providing a photo of your product and we will try to help you.
Note: Bottega Fiorentina ensure that the item colors shown on the website are as close to the real colors as possible. Every effort has been made to accurately display the color of the leather you are viewing. Differences in computer monitors, internet connections, and the processor in your computer could cause colors to appear in shades or tones that are not accurate. Even if all monitors displayed the same colors, due to the nature of leather tanning processes there are slight differences between batches of leather we receive from the tannery.
If precision in color selection is important, it is recommended that a photo of the item to be shipped is requested.
1) RETURN & REFUND POLICY
You have 10 days from the date of delivery to notify us via email and we will help you make the exchange process as easy as possible. We accept the product for exchange or store credit up to 30 days from the date of delivery.
Due to strict Customs regulations into Italy DO NOT send anything back without getting specific shipping information from the Bottega Fiorentina Customer Service.
Please contact our Bottega Fiorentina Customer Service via email at info@Bottega Fiorentina.it indicating your order number, the item code and the reason for your decision. A Bottega Fiorentina representative will contact you by email with the instruction on how to process your return/exchange.
Bottega Fiorentina reserves the right to refuse items sent without our prior authorization.
2) RETURNED IN NEW CONDITION
The item must be returned in new and unused condition. Bottega Fiorentina defines "new and unused" to mean that there are no scratches, marks, or blemishes on the item; there are no signs of wear on the product and the product must not have been sized or altered in any way. We cannot accept a return of any item with any indication that it has been used.
All items properly returned under this policy are eligible for an exchange or a store credit (towards your next purchase on our web site). Only in certain instances - for example, a product is defective - we can issue a refund. Bottega Fiorentina will issue a credit excluding transaction fees that have been paid to process your exchange or refund if authorized by us. Typically, exchanges, store credits and refunds are processed after Bottega Fiorentina has received the item. If a refund has been authorized, we will email you when the credit has been submitted to your method of payment. The refund should appear on your account within 3-5 days. If using Paypal, the refund may appear immediately as "Pending" in your account.
Customs duties and taxes: when we receive a return from a client who lives outside of the European Community, goods are subject to a customs duty based on the value of the product. Please NOTE that you will be credited excluding Customs duties and taxes that Bottega Fiorentina has paid to receive your item.
3) ALL PRODUCTS MANUFACTURED ON REQUEST & TAILOR-MADE ARE CONSIDERED CUSTOMIZED ITEMS
Bottega Fiorentina is a small leather workshop of Florence, when you order a product we usually manufacture it for you. Orders which include a request of tailor-made item or with monogram or customized in size, color, etc. are not eligible for return or exchange. Regarding orders for Leather Jacket: please be advised that is manufactured by customer request are non-refundable and orders cannot be changed or cancelled once confirmed.
Distance Selling Regulations returns apply to most products, but there are some goods you can't return if you simply change your mind, including: tailor-made and personalized goods (see the Regulation at https://www.which.co.uk/consumer-rights/regulation/distance-selling-regulations).
4) SALE/DISCOUNTED ITEMS
All discounted are NON-REFUNDABLE. If there is a visible defect you can ask for an exchange or store credit. Shipping costs on new items are paid by the customer.
5) DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact our Customer Service immediately (within 48 hours from delivery). Please indicate your order number, the item code and if possible a photo of the damage or defect. Bottega Fiorentina will make every reasonable effort to replace the item in a timely manner.
If there is extensive damage to the carton, refuse the package and contact our Customer Service immediately. Please have your order number available when you contact Customer Service. In the case that the damaged package was accepted, (though we cannot guarantee the shipper will cover the complaint), it will help our case: Please keep all of the shipping material and photographs of the damaged package, this is for insurance purposes with our shipper.
Replacement for damaged or defective items items will be shipped from Bottega Fiorentina back to the customer at no additional cost.
