How to shorten the belt
To properly shorten a belt is very simple.
1. The first thing to do is to measure with a yardstick how many centimeters to shorten the belt. To do this you can measure the distance from the last hole in the belt to your size.
2. Locate the screw that holds the belt buckle and unscrew it with the screwdriver.
3. Use the scissors to cut the belt of the desired size.
4. Use the crimping tool or with a screwdriver and drill the new hole (where the screw is to be screwed). For this you can use the previously cut belt piece to accurately calculate the distance and the center where to drill the hole. To drill the hole correctly I advise you to put the piece of belt on the base.
5. At this point you can screw the screw back and wear your belt.
I am taking my measurements for a leather clothing made to measure
I am taking my measurements for a leather clothing made to measure
At first I would like to tell you that the leather clothings are naturally different from cotton or wool, due to material's shape. The fitting especially as a general size 44 like medium fit it will not have the same wearability from style to style due different shape and fitting and it maybe long on sleeves or loose around a waist etc., this is why...
I prefer to have your measurements and not the numbers of your sizes. Let's take a look at the pictures of the Lady's model to get a general idea of which measurements to take for the new leather garment you are going to order. You will find the specific measurements requested clearly indicated to each type of measurements. If you would like to, you can view or download a higher resolution version of the designer's sketch.
Fill in the fields for each measurement needed:

Some words of advice
Leather is by nature a very stretchable material. With wear, leather garments become softer and after a first use have a better fit. This is especially true for skirts and pants, as well as shoes, which tend to stretch to fit after wear.
