You can purchase quickly without problems. Without registering, you are only able to see part of the products. Within 12 hours of registering, you are able to login to the internal site where you will see all of the current products and promotions.

We accept all type of payments for online, telephone, and fax orders. We accept all types of credit cards, postepay, cash on delivery, bank transfers, or you can pay directly at the store.

Are the payments secure?

All payments are made securely. You will be directed to your bank’s encrypted server page to make secure transactions.

We have selected fast couriers such as SDA, FEDEX, UPS, Bartolini, which deliver within 2 working days, or we use the post office for low cost shipping. The time taken by couriers differs from country to country.

Are the products guaranteed?

The warranty on the product can be seen here. (see Overview page) We guarantee the shipment.

If I receive the package with damaged goods, what should I do?

You must notify us as soon as possible by phone, fax, or e-mail. Do not throw the original package. Please contact the shipper and wait for instructions. You will soon be visited by the inspector (fedex, ups).

I would like to know how long it will take to receive the order?

If the ordered product is ready, it will be shipped the same or next day. If the product is not currently available since it is impossible for us to have every product made, it depends on the type of product. It may take us anywhere from 1 week to 60 days. You can call or email us to find out current availability.

Is it possible to get a skin/leather sample to see the chosen color or texture?

Yes. It is necessary that you submit a written or email request with your full name and address.

Do you produce tailored/customized clothing, colors, materials, or details such as logos or letters?

Yes, it is possible. The price of the item depends on its complexity.

If for any reason I do not like the items I’ve ordered, how long do I have to send them back?

See "Shipping and returns”. Please remember that personalized items such as tailored clothing and items with logo/letters etc cannot be returned.

I have already sent the order, but I am not able to reach the page "Online payment" to enter the credit card number. How can I pay?

Follow these instructions:
There is most likely a temporary problem with connecting. You can wait and try again later, or otherwise you may also go back to the page where you selected the method of payment and choose another method.

How much will the shipping cost if I want to place an order?

If you want a shipment as fast delivery, it will take about 2-4 days using a courier such as UPS or FedEx. In this case, the cost will be about 50.00 euro, including insurance. Otherwise we choose the Italian Post Office which takes 6-15 days for delivery, and the cost will be about 35, 00 euro.

What do you mean by Special Offers and Promotions?

We put some items on promotion when we are at the end of production. Often we give discounts on other items. In these cases, you can see the original price crossed out and the discounted price and percentage are written.

If I own my own Ups, Fedex, etc account, can I use it?

Yes, of course. Just write your FedEx account in the "notes" field when you fill out the order form and select the same.
