The Pork Tuna is manufactured with pork meats belonging to the Cinta Senese breed and strictly selected (basically saddle and loin of pork) cut into slices, spiced, salted and cooked slowly in extra-virgin olive oil and Marsala spirit. After being cooked, the product is packed in small pots extra-virgin fresh olive oil and spices.
