Bottega Fiorentina protects the rights and interests of the consumer through the dispositions of law in respect to:

- the conditions of acquisition (go to other insurances of the consumer)

- rights of restitution

As a result the acquisitions made in the services of Bottega Fiorentina are subject to the norms which Italian Law D.L. 15 january 1992 n. 50 regulations in force, in referance to excercising the right of restitution.

The right of restitution can be excercised within 10 (ten) days from the date the goods are received.

The consumer which intends to excercise this right must:

send within 10 (ten) days from the day the goods were received, a registered letter with notice of receipt of goods, containing: the declaration of will and intent to benefit from the rights of D.L. 15 january 1992 n.50

The consumer therefore must:

Immediately contact Bottega Fiorentina by: telephone, fax or e-mail to request the AUTHORIZATION CODE OF RETURN (RAS) Once the code is obtained, you can proceed with the sending of the registered letter with notice of the receipt of goods containing: the declaration of will and intent to benefit from the rights of D.L. 15 january 1992 n.50

- it must contain indication of the authorization number (RAS)

- it must contain indication of the product in question

- it must indicate the order number received at the moment of acquisition/ordering and the relative data regarding one's personal bank account (Bank name, the particular office, bank account number).

- it must be countersigned by the same person who stipulated the contract or formulated the contractual request.

The registered letter must be sent to:

- it will be considered in time if the goods are brought to the post office to be sent within the ten days from when the goods were received.

Those who intend to excercise their right to restitute the goods, must:

- within the same 10 (ten) day deadline from the day the authorization code (RAS) was received (the goods will be considered restituted when within the 10 day deadline, they are delivered to the post office), return to sender via postal services, the products on which they intend to excercise their restitution rights. The product must contain the delivery notice, and/or the notice which accompanied the goods (attached to the product) at the moment of delivery.

The shipping costs are at the consumer's expense.

A necessary condition when excercising the right to restitute the acquired goods, is the substantial integrity of the products (restitution in the normal state it has been conserved, or possibly worn or used with normal diligence).

In the case of contracts that are based on the rendering of a service, the right of restitution will not be excercised once the service has been provided.

Bottega Fiorentina will provide a refund via international money transfer within 30 (thirty) days from the day the declaration of intent to excercise the right of restitution has been received, and once the product on which this right is excercised has been received.

- Cost refund

The above refund refers exclusively to the cost of the product, as is highlighted in the order notice and the delivery notice: in any case the shipping and delivery costs of the products, and the return of the goods are not subject to refunding, and remain at the client's expense.

- Other information on the right of restitution

The consumer cannot benefit from the right of restitution in the case of clothing made to fit or using particular colors, in that these products are manufactured exclusively upon specific request from the client, and are not part of the normal production line.
