The repairs are completely free of charge when valid within the guarantees offered by Bottega fiorentina, which will be evaluated in each case.
Bottega Fiorentina reserves the right to repair or substitute the damaged item with no fee to the client, possibly replacing it with another similar item or with one of the same value. If the product which needs repairing has an invalid guarantee, you will be sent an e-mail quoting a rough estimate of time and costs.
The results of repairs both within guarantee and not, will have to be sent at the client's expense.
Excluded from the guarantee are the damages caused by incorrect usage, mistreatments and therefore bad maintenance, or when the product is lost.
IMPORTANT: Bottega Fiorentina will not accept the restitution of goods without the written consent of the client.
