LARGE ORDER DISCOUNTS
Generally, we offer a discount on larger orders, but it depend of which item you are purchasing. We do the best possible price for your project, without compromising quality or workmanship. To get a firm price quote, please contact our customer service department who can help you determine availability and pricing.
LOGO EMBOSSING
In order to work with your logo, we will need to have a metal die engraved with your artwork, like the ones shown below, which can then be used to stamp into any leather item. There is a euro 100 -120 setup charge for having the die engraved, and a Euro 1 per item charge to do the stamping with it.
Once the die is made, it can be used over and over again, so your pricing would obviously be better with a larger quantity of items. The euro 100-120 setup charge is a one-time cost, the cost will go into invoice and it will be yours property.

AVAILABILITY AND DELIVERY TIME
Delivery time depends on what item you are ordering, how many, and what kind of personalization we will be doing, generally is 2-3 weeks.
Please keep in mind that because many of our items are handmade one-by one by artisan workshops, very large quantities and fast delivery time might not be possible. We'll need to discuss availability with you regarding specific items before we can make a firm quote.
SAMPLE POLICY
If you are considering a large order, we encourage you to order a sample item first, to be sure the product meets your needs.
We are unable to send free samples, but as long as there is no personalization on the sample item, we will gladly accept a return once you have made a decision. To purchase a sample, you can order through the website or call us.
We are glad to produce photo mockups using your logo, so you can get a good idea of what the final product will look like. In order to do this for you, we'll need a jpg or eps file with your logo artwork, or other instructions as they might apply to your order. We can create a photo mockup and email it to you to help you make a decision.
PAYMENT
All orders must be prepaid unless other arrangements are made in advance. For your convenience, we accept credit cards as Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. We are not able to extend credit terms or accept institutional purchase orders that are not accompanied by payment.
When you call or email us for a quote, please have the following information available:
* What item you are interested in?
* What quantity do you need?
* What kind of personalization is required?
* What other services are required? (ie gift wrap, shipping to multiple addresses)
* What is your deadline?
If you email us, it would be helpful if you attach a graphic file of your logo to the email. Seeing the design will help us to understand your needs.
