The shipment?
We select the best shipping companies as Fedex, Ups as fast service so for delivery of 2-5 working days, if not harry can simple use the post office usually for small items the shipping is as Register Air Mail all covered by insurance!

What warranty do you give on products?
Warranty of product is made in italy, free of defect but if find any can always contact us!( please see more info).

If I receiv the box and the inside is damage what do I have to do?
At first advice our office immediately giving all the details, do not trash the original box, contact the shipper agent if ups or fedex, get contact via e-mail or call and wait till you get the inspection!!

How long should I aspect to receive goods after play the order?
If the item is ready in werehouse we ship it immediately or next day or if the item is not ready and has to be made such as other special custom order will take from 4-60 days overall figure the time for shipping that that it dipends from the shipping method you choose approx 2-5 days for Ups-Fedex, Post Office will take as regular shipping 7-20 days. Before ordering you can contact us for quantity and colour availability!!

Can I have a sample of leather to check the colour or grain?
Sure, all you have to do is send us an e-mail with your full address complete and telephone.

Can you make to measures leather clothing, pants etc, or colour different or material or personalize the item?
Yes it will be possible but we need the correct measure, or colour you like (please give us the pantone colour id) and for engrave the item please give us the letters initials

If for any reason don't like the product can I send it back?
You have 10 days, Please take a look into "Right to refuse goods" need to ask to our customer service the RAS Return Authorization Shipping Code and get the procedure for shipping. All Items Custom Made or Personalize or with your initial etc cannot be return!

I m playing the order and after choose the payment and shipping the system refus to get my credit card what do i do?? How can I pay?
